Circuit Protection – A look at the latest circuit protection products and devices, including the use of more ‘intelligent’ devices. It will include RCDs, RCBOs, MCBs, MCCBs, fuses and ACBs. Reference will be made to the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Exterior Lighting (including street lighting) – This will cover the latest exterior and street lighting products. Business is still booming for many lighting companies, because of new technologies and also environmental legislation, and exterior lighting is benefiting too.
Fire Safety and Protection – The articles will look at fire systems detection and prevention products, systems and regulations/legislation with the main aim of encouraging enterprising electrical contractors and installers to become involved, gaining new business in the process. Qualifications and suitable training organisations will also be examined.
Cabinets, Racks, Frames & Enclosures – The articles will examine the latest cabinet, frame and enclosure products for the electrical and data systems sectors, plus related equipment – such as heaters, cooling fans, dehumidifiers, racking equipment, withdrawable systems etc.
